Members of the Mission: POW-MIA leadership team
traveled to New Orleans for the Vietnam Veterans of
America conven琀椀on. We set up a huge display and
spoke with hundreds of veterans, sharing our mission
about American MIAs. Execu琀椀ve Director Dave
Hu昀昀man spoke with the members of the POW/MIA
commi琀琀ee and guests and President Cindy
Stonebraker Reed, MIA daughter of LtCol Kenneth
Stonebraker USAF 28 OCT 1968 NVN addressed the
en琀椀re conven琀椀on of delegates in a moving speech.
On August 25, 2025 Mission: POW-MIA leadership met with
members of the Vietnamese Embassy and Defense A琀琀ache in
Washington, DC to discuss ar琀椀fact exchanges. August 25th was the
58th anniversary of Jeanie Hu昀昀man’s Dad, Commander Edward
James Jacobs Jr and his crew, LTJG James Zavocky and ADJ2 Ronald
BoisClaire being reported MIA over the waters of North Vietnam.
