Secretary of War Pete Hegseth at the
Pentagon. Jeanie and Dave shared the
mission of our organiza琀椀on and the
crea琀椀on of the Na琀椀onal POW/MIA
Recogni琀椀on Day poster.

President Cindy Stonebraker Reed and her husband, Wes Reed USN (Ret) presented the Mission: POWMIA wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns in honor of our missing American personnel.
On September 22, 2025, members of the Mission: POW-MIA leadership team and Mission Member and MIA
daughter Laurie Bergren, Major James Magnusson USAF 4 April 1965 over water North Vietnam met with
Vietnamese President Luong Cuong in New York City. Vietnam turned over Major Magnusson’s ID and Geneva
Conven琀椀on card directly to Laurie. Dave Hu昀昀man had located the original cards in a museum in Vietnam in June
2024. In turn, he presented the Vietnamese delega琀椀on with items captured by US Green Berets during the war.
