Hu昀昀man unveiled the 2025 Na琀椀onal POW/MIA Recogni琀椀on
Day poster in Sacramento, California at the largest DPAA
hosted Family Member Update held to date. For the 昀椀rst
琀椀me in history, the poster was designed by a Gold Star family
member, Jeanie Hu昀昀man. The poster depicted the 昀椀ve
con昀氀icts of DPAA’s mission. The models in the poster were
an ac琀椀ve duty US Marine and four ROTC cadets from Old
Dominion University. Each wore period uniforms and
equipment. Each servicemember depicted in the poster is
holding an item that can help them 昀椀nd their way home
including a compass, binoculars, 昀椀eld phone, survival radio,
and compass.
